All products sold by wipealboaway.com are produced only after an order is placed. Because items are made to order:

  • Products cannot be resold once produced

  • Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur

  • Product images are mock-ups and may differ slightly from the final item

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

4. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Shipping addresses are correct

  • Product selections (size, colour, quantity) are accurate

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and include production time.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Refund Policy (Made-to-Order Items)

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
